Vegan Pancakes

Hello everyone! So today  I would like to share with you one of my favorite recipes for pancakes! This dish is amazing for the morning, because it will leave you feeling energetic and ready for the day! 



2/3 cups Vanilla Soy Milk
2 tbsp Coconut Cream ( You can replace it with 2 tbsp Vanilla Soy Milk)
1 cup Oat Flour
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp flax seeds (You can skip this ingredient if you want, or replace it with Chia seeds)
1/2 banana 

TOPPINGS


1/2 banana

1/2 apple
Vanilla Soy Milk 
Cinnamon

                                        

Place the flax seeds, maple syrup, milk, sugar and cream into a food processor and blend until the sugar is dissolved. 
You can always mix the ingredients in a bowl without a particular order, but I find that the food processor really helps the process and gives a really nice texture.
After that mix the oat flower slowly into the rest of the ingredient.
When the pancake butter is nice and smooth, dice the banana into small cubes and mix them with the butter. 

For the cooking process, just place your pan over medium heat and pour your oil for desire (coconut, olive oil etc)

Once all the pancakes are ready, let them sit aside and move to the toppings.

Dice the apple into cubes and place them into a pan with a little vanilla soy milk and cinnamon.
Cook until they are soft.
Cut the rest of the banana into slides.

Now just put the banana, the apple and some maple syrup over the pancakes, and your breakfast is ready!
